What you will do

 

The Sales Excellence Leader manages programs set up to increase sales efficiency and profitability. Responsible for profitable and timely execution of sales excellence initiatives.
Work involves problem solving skills, working independently and exercising critical mind to accomplish most tasks.

How you will do it

  • European CRM Subject Matter Expert:
    - Drive improvement on Quality of data, and usage of sales tools & processes
    - Assists the Country sales management in the efficient use of sales tools through licenses/access management, training and familiarization development
  • Sales Excellence:
    - Collaborate with Sales & Strategy team to identify Sales Excellence Initiatives that could fit the sales organization needs, leveraging when possible cross corporate network,
    - Once approved by EMT, coordinate the development plan to implement those initiative across Europe
    - Continuously follow up and update EMT on the evolution
  • Implementing and standardizing sales processes:
    - Transfer best practices among Sales Offices
    - Communicate Sales Management messages within the sales network
    - Promote changes in the business model
    - Motivation through presentations in group and/or personal meetings
    - Drive improvement on Quality of data, and usage of sales tools & processes
    - Assists the Country sales management in the efficient use of sales tools through licenses/access management, training and familiarization development
    - Feedback to Sales Management
  • Events: support sales events such as regional sales meetings, tradeshows (MCE, Chillventa, ISH, Customer Roadshows, Customers events, Vision Week, Info Tours,...)
  • Adapts and enhances quality & value in existing methods of day-to-day activities
  • Responsible for ensuring that all required sales management information is timely available.

 

What we look for
Required

  • Analytics & organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time
  • In-depth understanding of JCI sales processes
  • Lead knowledge of CRM-tool
  • Program management skills

Preferred

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in English and at least one other major European language essential (French-preferred- or Spanish or German)
  • Requires business travel to all countries within European region
