What you will do

Under general direction, provides leadership for the profitable secured and revenue growth of business including overall sales efforts, growth strategies, and market share growth in Indonesia. Drives account management and portfolio growth strategies to facilitate the profitable growth of designated line of business.  Directs the deployment and execution of sales strategies, programs, processes, and tools to achieve growth objectives.  Provides a continuous improvement focus, Sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting and sales coaching as well as market expertise and sales support to the Indonesia business.

How you will do it
  • Provides overall direction for the specified country Line of Business (LOB) in terms of gathering market intelligence, reviewing competitor landscape, identifying competitive advantages for targeting growth areas and also strategic business areas to maintain and defend

  • Leads the engagement of existing and potential customers and stakeholders (owners, developers, consultants and government bodies) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts

  • Develops and executes short and long-term business plans. Provides accurate forecasts for secured and revenue numbers.

  • Deploys product training programs to ensure LOB employees within the country are up to date on the latest product specifications and knowledge

  • Engages with Regional and/or Global Product Development/Engineering groups as necessary to customize solutions for country deployment.

  • Working hand in hand with the regional team, directs sales performance productivity across all established sales roles to established standards.  Develops and reviews metrics to ensure productivity levels are achieved.

  • Working hand in hand with the regional team, facilitates consistent sales processes and offerings across all branches.  Drives all aspects of continuous improvement program for sales leading/lagging indicator metrics.

  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred. Ten to twelve years experience in sales, sales management, and marketing including 5 years of sales management experience and direct sales experience. Internal candidates with less experience but a strong record of delivering results in a related product range and business will also be considered. Demonstrated organizational credibility in achievement of sales and profit plans for an extended period of time.  Understanding and knowledge of our industry, our company, and ability to coordinate different parts of organizations to achieve success
