  • Drive growth of Johnson Control ELV Solution (Including brand TYCO’s Product portfolio) in This Segment.
  • Drive aggressive penetration in Industrial & Data Centre  Segment. Majorly focused on securing high value deal   in IBMS/ELV/Fire & Security Sales (Project Sales Business).
  • Prepare/ Share the progress report for assigned territory
  • Lead activities in new growth areas and potential markets to support the strategic plan.
  • Participate in industry activities by taking an active role in industry technical meetings, trade shows and associations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 10   years’ experience  with 5+ yrs consultative sales experience in IBMS, Fire Detections & Suppression, and security Solutions specifically on big ticket Projects. Experience of Business in Industrial/Data center  Segment, will be added advantage.
  • Should have owned targeted quotas in a similar function at Territory level for a reputed IBMS / ELV company.
  • Should have a proven sales track record.
  • Have a thorough understanding of India Building Automation , fire and security industry
  • High level of sensitivity to audience to influence; negotiates with great latitude on outcomes.
  • Experience in driving value based pitches based on Value/Differentiator /ROI analysis for the customer on proposed solution stack
  • Should have clear understanding of Project Business, solution costing & Pricing, Taxation , solution pricing, negotiating proposals and contracts, Vendor  management, customer expectation management
  • Solid technical knowledge and sound experience in Solutioning engagements.
  • Good understanding of current product technology trends.
  • Excellent communication (verbal as well as written) and presentation skills.
