What you will do

  • Business analysis by doing data mining & analysis, providing reports & finding Trends for making forcasts on performance management and decision making.
  • Create, update and maintain Dashboards, Power Point Presentations for Business Analytics & Insights using various tools ( BI, Salesforce for various Metrics)
  • Partnering with Sales leaders, Sales rep and other support team to support in analyzing potential Sales opportunities and actual Sales Performance.
  • Capturing Key Sales Metrics like the coverage to the Quarterly
  • target/objectives, Weekly pipeline built- analyzing both new pipeline built and Progression Position Analysis.
  • Responsible for creating Newsletter & Case studies & Success stories of Successful projects.
  • Conducting Market research with support of Sales Rep.
  • Co-ordination with Marketing Team for various customer events and workshops.
  • Creating various database & Repository to support sales tools i.e Presentations, Success Stories, Qualification Credentials etc
  • Coordinating Program Management with Sales leaders Sales Rep to support in cadence and success of program/Progress on strategies. Excellent people handing and communication abilities.
  • This role is a part Administrator and part Business Analyst.

 

How you will do it

This position will work with Director-Sales India, Controls Business for Business Insight and Sales enablement by supporting in Data mining, providing reports,Dashboards and business insight. Also this position will support in doing market research and publishing success stories, coordination with Marketing Team for various customer events and workshops. Also building various database & Repository to support sales tools i.e Presentations, Success Stories, Qualification Credentials, Segment Customer list, Market Research

  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Sales Process.
  • Expertise on Data Analysis, Preparing Reports, Dashboards & Presentations
 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

 
  • Graduate / MBA with Strong Data management abilities
  • Working Knowledge of Power BI (BI Tool, Experience of Salesforce)
  • Strong Research Professional & ability to prepare Reports, Dashboards and Presentations
Industry experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as Business Intelligence/ Data analyst Professional
  • Preferably Experience of Salesforce Tool and familiarity with Sales Process
