What we look for:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years Associates degree in Electronics and/or Networking, or technical military equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • 5 years prior work experience in related field.
  • Competed basic EAS and Video training and certifications
  • Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Higher level networking knowledge.
  • Meets or exceeds ratings as Level 2 tech
  • Ability to lead a team of in house and subcontractor personnel.
  • Able to service all retail sold products.
  • Assist and mentor lower level techs.
  • Advanced trouble shooting skills.
  • Customer focused at all levels.
  • Certifications in all video solutions sold and serviced by the retail organization
  • Certifications in all RFID solutions sold and serviced by the retail organization
  • Maintains a positive attitude with strong leadership skills.
  • General knowledge of electronics required.
  • Willing to obtain or have State License as required. (State Dependent)
  • Must have a mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools.
  • Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
  • Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
  • Must be capable of working independently or as a team
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office and basic PC skills.
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.
  • Able to read  and interpret blueprints and Scope documents
