Segment Leader

 

Goal

 

  • Responsible for New Business – leads, opportunities, and indirect team management – & 100% focused in them.
  • Generate orders at existing accounts, add new independent accounts, increase sales and assist in launch of new items. Professional that generally focusses on medium to large sized accounts, offering technically complex or a breadth of solutions

 

Essential Functions

  • Define project management process, standards, deliverables and operational cadence necessary to ensure consistent project execution
  • Oversee project teams and ensure execution excellence, including marketing, sales, product management resources that do not have a direct reporting relationship
  • Regularly track progress on all project plans and provide up-dates to executive committee as requested
  • Work with sales and marketing leaders to analyze project performance against project plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
  • Provide on-going developmental feedbacks to project sponsors to ensure project deadlines are met lead)

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics, Electrical, Systems or Business Administration  
  • +8 years of experience in Sales Roles
  • +5 years acting in Industrial and Infrastructure Sector/ Product manager/ Channel Manager
  • Availability to travel.
  • Strong presentation, sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Fluent English, conversational and technical.

Preferred

 

  • Good level of Excel and / or CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Digital communication focus
  • Professional approach to internal / external customers at all levels
  • Expertise working directly with decision makers
