What you will do
Principle ownership for leading program management of specific global engineering operations programs. Training, facilitating and auditing all functions for projects including the initiation, definition, execution management, go-live, hypercare and close out of Global Engineering Operations programs and related projects. Under minimal guidance and supervision, responsible for the overall projects planning, execution & delivery of results.  

How you will do it
Responsible for the creation of transparent and visible score cards for specific project based on standard PMO format. Interact with Global Products matrix organization from the PBU VPGM through the Agile program organization to ensure the execution of the project management activities. Responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management standardized procedures and processes. 

  • Guide Agile roles in operations related projects.
  • Ensure that the all function for Epics are adequately planned to achieve target customer quality, lead-time, delivery, continuity, cost and savings
  • Improve Playbook processes and tools.
  • Lead the early stage business case development including finance and business analytics across all functions of the business.
  • Training of Sprint teams in all functions in the Agile Playbook.
  • Facilitate early phase team formation.
  • Audit all project plans to ensure adequate resources and planning that will meet related project objectives, metrics and deliverables.
  • Coach and support related project teams in all aspects of planning and execution.
  • Responsibilities will also include assignments in Project/Program Management as needed to support the business.
  • Others duties as assigned.

What we look for
Required
  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study with six (6) to ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, and operations management. 
  • Understanding of Agile software development in a Global organization. Understanding of operational and business case financials. 
  • Must be able to analyze and interpret complex technical procedures, business periodicals, and journals as well as write reports and procedure manuals.  
  • In the absence of a 4-year degree in an appropriate field of study, this position requires an additional ten (10) years of related experience. Master degree in business and SAFe Agilest certification preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required. 
  • Extended knowledge of Agile with specific knowledge and experience with SAFe Agile. 
  •  Travel up to 25% required.
