What you will do

This support champion role is to maintain a list of currently open service calls and inspections, schedule to ensure service is completed and billing. This role will also support material and parts ordering for the field techs.

 

How you will do it

  • Point of contact for all National Account suppression services & inspections.
  • Scheduling & dispatching fire alarm/Sprinkler services & inspections.
  • Managing the On Hold report for services and inspections
  • General phone duties and office support
  • Ensuring that material orders are fulfilled as needed.
  • Billing for all fire alarm/Sprinkler services.
  • Filing & other duties as assigned
  • Receive packages

What we look for

 

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, successful completion of Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including – Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience required.

Preferred:

  • Scheduling experience preferred.
  • Experience in an office environment strongly preferred.
