Salesforce Consultant (ServiceMax)

Manchester City Centre

 

Job summary:                   

This is an exciting role for a highly technically skilled Graduate with a passion to succeed and develop their skills to become an expert in their field. You will be responsible for the successful enhancement of the ServiceMax product suite, supporting Business areas through identifying and delivering ways to optimise the system creating opportunities to effectively run their business areas.


You will be given the opportunity and expected to become ServiceMax accredited through their training programme.

 

Key Responsibilities:-      

  • Extensive hands-on administration and configuration of ServiceMax leveraging knowledge from application releases and new features.
  • Review, analyse and evaluate business requirements and user needs
  • Investigate user/business related issues to identify and provide solutions to root cause.
  • Provide functional expertise for all Operational Business processes and how they can be enhanced via ServiceMax
  • Partner with MI Analysts to ensure data output is complete and accurate to enable accurate performance reporting.
  • Partner collaboratively with IT Colleagues in the design, testing and deployment of any future upgrades
  • Testing support including building out test cases, facilitating business testing scenarios and documenting issues/resolutions.
  • The incumbent is expected to remain abreast of industry developments and ensure the business areas capability remains aligned.
  • Share best practise knowledge, support the development and deliver training within own area of subject matter expertise.

 

 Person Specification:-

  • Post Graduate ideally with a IT or Statistical Degree minimum level 2:1
  • Advanced user of complex computer programs with very strong analytical skills including experience in Computer programming/SQL/VBA
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills – must be able to analyse and convert findings
  • Ideas orientated – analytical and intuitive and forms/conceives or resolves before acting
  • Creative – can inspire, imaginative and inventive bringing new ides to the business
