What you will do

 

You will be in a customer facing role, responsible for developing and deploying sales strategy and plan for Video Surveillance & Integrated Solutions in Smart City & Large Projects verticals for India. Strategize and plan on inorganic growth strategy in order to accelerate our presence in these markets. The role will lead activities in new growth areas and potential markets to support the strategic plan for Smart Cities, PSU, Select Government & Large Projects, develop and foster a team environment and develop and communicate sales and revenue goals.

Develop the market for integrated systems & solutions for 100+ India Smart Cities plan, Large projects including PSU with focus on: Video surveillance, Command & Control Centre, Integrated Solutions etc.

Build inorganic growth strategy

Build and own customer relationship at senior to middle management level.

Developing a sales plan for this vertical

Owner of negotiating & closing deals proactively

Build & manage team in the future basis business growth

Shall seamlessly work with different internal functions and share strategic inputs in order to deliver right solution/proposal and services to customers

 

How you will do it

 

You shall plan and execute sales strategy and growth plan by demonstrating below efficiently and effectively:

 

  • Strong knowledge of PSU and Government business including large projects
  • Strong knowledge of consultants and key influencers in this domain
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of complex bids and terms and conditions with exposure to Legal T&C
  • Managing large and strategic opportunities
  • Business planning, forecasting of revenue & bottom line
  • Ability to manage team in near future
  • Strong Knowledge of Interconnectivity API models integrating multiple systems
  • Ability to forecast target markets & solutions

Required
 
Industry experience
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in sizable multi-national corporations or Large Indian System Integrator in sales and business development roles
  • Good team player
  • Has good network of industry connections in the country
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India. Travelling time will be up to 50% of time
  • Ability to comprehend and make significant contributions to development of business plans, including marketing strategies and achieve business objectives
 
Preferred
