What you will do

 

  • Deliver Gross Margin, Revenues and Cash Flow in line with Projects forecast.  Develop and achieve Projects business objectives with specific focus on the Safe & Healthy, efficient and effective delivery of Fire Alarm System, Fire Protection System, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, HVAC controls, Intrusion.
  • Assure the integration of the activities and team work of supplies administration, engineering, project management and construction.
  • Provide leadership on all issues of major importance, to other departments and customers

 

 

 

How you will do it

 

  • Manage proactively the planning, scheduling, assigning of work, establishment of priorities, controlling of expenditures, and the establishment of appropriate measures to ensure all activities are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Provide scheduling of all the stages and activities involved in developing a project, using digital tools for critical path (Schedule for activities, control of real progress, predicting the future progress, prioritization, risk analysis, etc.)
  • Ensure that engineers plan the work to an appropriate level of detail and measure progress against agreed schedule and also update estimate at completion for engineering hours on a monthly basis for review.
  • Work in close cooperation with Supply Chain Manager, controller, quality, EHS, Engineering
  • Support Bid & Proposal regarding specialized technical requirements.
  • Financial and legal project manager

What we look for

 

Required

 

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Project Management in turnkey project.
  • Wide Knowledge  in fire protection systems, fire alarm systems, BMS, CCTV, access control, HVAC control, intrusion, FM200, Vesda, Novec.
  • Wide knowledge of the “Law of Public Works” (Ley de Obra Pública).
  • Spanish and fluent in English.

 

Preferred

 

  • Preferably with PM certification at PMI Institute.
  • Masters of Business Administration would be an asset
