What you will do

The Sr. Training Developer will sit in our Boca Raton, FL location and will design and develop instructor-led, web-based and blended learning training programs for our sales, technical teams and end users in support of Sensormatic Solutions Inventory Intelligence Solutions and our TrueVUE software applications.   

Based on a solid understanding of our solutions, the Sr. Training Developer will create impactful, engaging, and innovative learning experiences for our team members and customers. 

How you will do it

  • Working with our Solution Managers and other Subject-Matter Experts, you create instructor-led and web-based training as defined by key stakeholders (Training Managers, Solutions Marketing, Solutions Management, Sales and Professional Services).   
  • As the creative lead, you will work with other training team members to create impactful, engaging, and innovative learning experiences.  
  • You will follow best practices in the use of creative elements, software packages, and mobile platforms and research new training development methods. 
  • You will gather feedback and reports on relevant training KPIs and metrics including use, perceived quality and impact of training deliverables.   
  • Serve as a primary point-of-contact for training content inquiries and support. 
  • Ensure on-time delivery of high quality programs that are compelling and effective and is properly distributed to all channels and target audiences.  Maintains LMS course distribution lists and enrolls recipients. 

What we look for

  • Experience with e-Learning software and authoring tools such as Trivantis Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and/or Camtasia.  
  • Demonstrated ability to model industry best practices in the use of creative elements, software packages, and training development methods.   
  • Strong written communication skills and an ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization. 
  • Flexible; able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast paced working environment. 
  • The ability to be self-led while being conscious and acting in the best interest of the organization. 
  • Able to work as part of a remote team. 
  • Knowledge of our Inventory Intelligence Solution hardware and our TrueVUE software applications is a plus.
