What you will do


Under close supervision and from a central location, assists in performing basic services to support facility access control, coordination and communication of site activities including monitoring of building systems and cameras. Performs a variety of specialized operational functions in support of the customer business and organization.

How you will do it


Stadium Control Officer’s principle duties include:

  • Control building access points and associated credentials
  • Make badge credentials as needed and requested
  • Open doors and Gates using the access control systems
  • Check out keys for contractors and vendors using proper credential process
  • Assist with Brewers and other Departmental visitors and guests access
  • Document all access activity and stadium events
  • Manage the Stadium Control ISS Command Center Log
  • Monitor entire camera system (75+ devices) for internal and external site status
  • Provide DVD copies of camera activity upon request
  • Monitor and control complex computerized systems including: Fire Detection / Fire Suppression Security / Access Control Elevators Lighting system HVAC systems
  • Review and interpret Brewers Departmental emails, calendars and checklists and properly manage systems and personnel to perform all associated event management functions
  • Respond to and manage all system alarm conditions
  • Turn lighting on and off through the lighting control systems
  • Make temperature adjustments through Metasys
  • Interpret, respond to, and manage all activities and communications associated with emergency conditions and situations.
  • Act as single point of contact for the Emergency Response Team plan including paging and dispatch functions
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures and adheres to company standards
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures

 

What we look for

 

Required

  • High School diploma.
  • Requires good working knowledge of computers and computer software applications including Microsoft Office.
  • Requires ability to manage multiple functions at a time including telephone, two-way radio, Visitor Window.
  • Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to follow very specific instructions and process documents
  • Ability to use forms and software applications to document activities, events and critical situations.
  • Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.

 

Preferred

  • Some Technical School or College credits / experience preferred.
