What we look for

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Solid experience with track record in international business management with proven capabilities in business development, sales strategy and sales excellence
  • Sales experience in the building or infrastructure industry with medium to large projects and service contracts
  • Pan-European business experience & network, fluent English and German language skills for direct account contact (another European language is a plus)
  • Excellent business development capabilities
  • Ability to build a strong internal network and as a recognized sales strategy expert
  • Ability to develop and maintain high-level commercial relations
  • Impactful and influential working style without formal leadership relations
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences market is preferred
