What you will do

  • To assist and support Regional Manager recruit channel partners for the sales and distribution of York chillers and airside for Emerging countries (EC) and Taiwan
  • The position is responsible to support the Regional Manager for sales planning and strategies, sales and channel management, development and sales activities consistent with the goals and objectives of the Company.  The incumbent is to analyze market opportunities to develop and implement strategies to maximize margins and increase market share in all Emerging countries and Taiwan

How you will do it

  • To Support and assist Regional Manager to execute sales strategies to achieve profitability and growth objectives and sets priorities to ensure customer satisfaction in business delivery objectives.  Through effective management, leads the efforts to sell York chillers and airside in the EC and Taiwan market. To support and assist Regional Manager in the development of relationships with customers and suppliers and interacts with them frequently. Responsible to support and assist Regional Manager for sales planning, sales and channel management development and sales activity consistent with Sales Management Disciplines. To ensure a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality and an understanding of the business environment and local community including legislative, purchasing, and market trends.
  • To support and assist the Regional Manager to lead and motivate the Commercial Team to meet the financial KPIs, leveraging fully on the SEI and the SFDC tool, and in full compliance of the DOA.
  • To support and assist Regional Manager to execute short and long-term sales strategies to meet EC +Taiwan chiller and airside business plans and goals to grow market share by demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
  • To support and assist Regional Manager to establish and maintain long-term channel partner relationships with strategically important customers (key owners, architects, consultants and contractors) to influence opportunities. To support Regional Manager in the participation as management team representative on selected accounts. Assist to qualify and assess channel partners regularly.
  • In conjunction with P&D ROA growth expectation, support and assist Regional Manager to establish Channel partner annual goals consistent with overall P&D Asia strategic direction.
  • To support and assist Regional Manager to manage the sales portfolio to maximize return on assets for ROA, P&D, and our shareholders. Drives cash flow through proper payment terms, proactive billing and collections. Secures new business and retains existing business with acceptable, profitable margin and drives process to avoid slippage/GPV as projects execute or order execution
  • To support and assist Regional Manager to analyze assigned markets and current business performance to ensure strategies are on course to meeting planned profits and makes adjustments to the plan when necessary.
  • Leverages resources across the organization, including technical abilities and staffing, to implement processes, increase customer satisfaction or positively affect profits
  • Provide consistent level of technical training and coaching to channel partners for York chillers and airside products
  • Assist Regional Manager to research the local business environments and local community including legislative, purchasing, market trends and shares research with channel partner management
  • Assist Regional Manager for growth through new acquisitions and business partners.  Directly responsible for the supporting sales and sales support/technical resources to support these initiatives
  • Ensures compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates team  with the highest business ethics


What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Five or more years progressive experience in relevant sales support/technical role
  • Ability to take direction from multiple inputs
