What you will do….
 Our Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise is responsible for recruiting across all business units and corporate functions in EMEA. The team work as partners and experts supporting our business and HR team in hiring the best talent, to enable our continued growth and success.  We’re a forward-thinking team, leveraging strong relationships and data. We are positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture at Johnson Controls by focusing on delivering high quality hires in an appropriate time frame.
 
We are growing the team to support the increased demand and have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist. A working proficiency/native language skills in French and English as a minimum requirement are essential.
 
How you will do it …
You’ll work closely with one of the Regional Talent Acquisition Managers, be based in Colombes (92) and support them with the delivery of the recruitment strategy.
 
This is a great opportunity ideally for someone with recruitment/HR experience or someone who wants to move into this field with perhaps a sales or customer focused background. We will support you with the right training and development for your experience to ensure you succeed.  Joining the team at this early stage will enable you to grow with us! 
 
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be accountable for the delivery of end to end recruitment working closely with a Talent Acquisition Manager. As such it would be great if you have experience in working in a fast paced target driven environment. You’ll develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and our overall recruiting goals.
What we look for…
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a business level proficiency or are native in French and English. You will need to have great communication, organization and prioritisation skills with the ability to drive a customer focused approach, managing both your stakeholders and candidates with updates on progress and status.  You should be naturally curious and have a drive to deliver a best in class service while adding commercial value to the process with the knowledge you build up of the market and disciplines you will be focusing in.
