How you will do it 

  • Source and recruit candidates mainly for sales and technical roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers and lead the end-to-end recruitment process 
  • Identify and source candidates using a variety of tools and methods - use Boolean search on LinkedIn, Xing and other job boards, work with CVs databases
  • Maintain high level of sourcing activities, ensuring a healthy pipeline of interviews for each vacancy with focus on efficiency and satisfactory time to hire 
  • Work strategically by building talent pools and pipelines for future needs 
  • Provide feedback and insight to influence changes in the process to secure top talents 
  • Deliver structured briefing calls, realigning essential and preferred skills as required 
  • Adopt a Marketing and Sales mentality to sell the job opportunity and your candidates 
  • Solve issues to avoid potential delays to the recruitment process 
  • Provide excellent customer service to both hiring managers and candidates 
  • Demonstrate well-structured written and verbal communication skills 
  • Collaborate effectively and support your team to collectively achieve the goals 
  • Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals

What we look for

  • Previous working history in Recruitment either from agency or in-house
  • Experienced in recruiting for sales and technical positions
  • Fluent in German, advanced in English - written and spoken
  • Excellent sourcing skills, utilizing a range of tools and methods 
  • Technology aptitude - experience with Taleo, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other direct sourcing tools as advantage
  • Strong understanding of the Boolean search language, and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches
  • Able to communicate confidently and deliver exceptional customer service 
  • Highly organized, prioritize well and respond to requests in a timely manner 
  • Resilient, comfortable in presenting new ideas and respectfully challenging when needed 
  • Naturally curious with drive to deliver best-in-class service

The starting salary is from 2800 EUR/month gross, based on relevant experience. Please note: this salary is our minimum advertised salary.
