What you will do:


Under general guidance and consistent with company policies, procedures and sound Human Resources practices, assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs in support of JCI’s strategic goals.  

 

 

How you will do it:


·         Provide day-to-day support in the administration, compliance and reporting for JCI’s US, Canadian and Puerto Rico pension and 401k plans, working with the Company’s Third Party Administrators

·         Participates in market surveys and prepares compensation data submissions on behalf of JCI. 

·         Manage the development of annual incentive letters and distribution to managers and employees.

·         Audit, analyze and improve upon current compensation practices.

·         Serve as a reference for salary recommendations.

·         Review and submit manual payments to payroll.

·         Compiles compensation, position and performance history data for use in preparing internal salary offers.  

·         Performs and provides support to other compensation studies or projects as required.

·         Develop and maintain effective working relationships with JCI colleagues in HR and other key stakeholders.

·         Assists with the administration of global mobility program

·         Provides equity administration support

·         Perform other duties as assigned


What we look for:


·         Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline required.

·         Requires one to three years of broad Total Rewards administration experience.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.

·         Experience with Workday and Microsoft Outlook recommended.

·         Proficient communication and teamwork skills are required.

·         Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving skills

·         Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to multi-task essential
