What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Transport & Distribution, or Logistics, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in international trade either through execution of transactions, managing trade effort of a business or compliance assurance, including development of a global Trade Compliance program
- Experience in international organization in a corporate import/export compliance setting, preferred.
- Exceptionally good customer service skills to enhance customer experience.
- Prefer experience with Microsoft applications, SAP, QAD, MFGPro, SharePoint, GT Nexus.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across multi-functional departments and at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and directed, capable of operating semi-autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities.
- Multi-lingual in English & Spanish, preferred.
- Travel approximately 10 - 15 %.
- Utilize technology for efficient meetings and communication globally.
