What you will do:


Transformation Program Manager will work with the Strategy Management Office and program manage strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, product strategy, and transformation activities of Sensormatic Solutions by Johnson Control.  The individual will work closely with the head of the Strategy Management Office and will take daily guidance from the Strategy Management Office Leadership.


How you will do it:

·         Supports the Strategy Management Office Leadership as the key liaison between the business and/or function and the Strategy Management Office by ensuring plans are created and aligned.

·         Drives a successful program implementation.

·         Works with the business and/or function to establish, track, and report measures of success for the strategic initiative.

·         Supports the business and/or function to ensure clear understanding of the Strategy Management Office and Sensormatic Solutions strategies

·         Supports the Strategy Management Office Leadership to operationalize the strategic rationale and achieve organizational blueprints, interim state, and end-state realization and report on the realization of the business rationale for the program/initiative.

·         Supports assessments of cycles of learning to ensure a systematic approach exists to ongoing evaluation and improvement

·         Defining the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success

·         Developing plans to manage the end-to end project execution

·         Managing the process to assess gaps and develop action plans to address these gaps

·         Ensuring requirements are captured accurately and completely

·         Creating and maintaining project documentation

·         Acting as the link between the assigned project resources and key stakeholders

·         Ensuring project closure including completion of lessons learned and required documentation

·         Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within cost and schedule

·         Strong cross-business unit/IT communication

·         Promoting and monitoring compliance activities with audit and information policies

·         Develop robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery, testing and commissioning of all projects with no impact to business continuity. 

What we look for:


  • Systems implementation experience preferred. 
  • Proof of Concept initiation to execution preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross function teams
