What you will do
The Transformation Office Program Manager will be part of the Transformation Office reporting to the Transformation Office Director. This role acts as a player coach, owning the production of standard reporting and working across work streams and the central team to solve high-visibility problems affecting the Transformation’s operations. This role will impact and be directly responsible for preparing the Chief Transformation Officer for weekly Transformations meetings by liaising with Workstreams.

How you will do it
  • Responsible to constructs the Executive Committee presentation, providing a first draft of the agenda and conducting quality control checks of the material. 
  • Acts as the first point of contact for Workstream Leads in need of help driving Initiatives forward
  • Rreviews the weekly Transformation Office report before it is released, and summarizes the key takeaways for the Transformation Office leadership. 
  • Effectively utilizes a “challenger” mindset to breakdown roadblocks, align on decisions, and coordinate the solution between the TO and Workstreams
  • Is a sounding board for the Transformation Office Leadership team in preparation for Executive Committee and other leadership presentations
  • Responsible for leading problem solving of issues for the Transformation Office that come up in Transformation Office or Executive Committee meetings
  • Responsible for coordinating activities of Transformation Office team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and tracking action items to ensure timely completion of Transformation .
  • Establishes and implements monitoring and control processes for the Transformation office community to ensure initiatives and milestones are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
What we look for

  • Track record of consistently delivering high-impact results
  • Experience working in professional service environments, especially management consulting or investment banking, is highly preferred
  • Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred
  • Excellent program management skills. Knowledge in program management standards, methods and tools. 
  • Excellent communication, business writing, analytic, critical thinking, problem solving and coaching skills.
  • 8+ years of work experience. Preferably in global organization This position requires excellent collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels 
  • Willing to challenge others and be challenged 
  • Influences organization, customers, suppliers, partners and peers on the contribution of Transformation outcomes. Builds appropriate and effective business relationships.
