What we look for

Required

  • Two to seven years’ experience in facility management and operations with experience in planning and scheduling, subcontract management. 
  • Some construction site experience, or similar environment is required. 
  • Must have a customer service orientation with excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a teaming and matrixes environment with multiple and changing tasks and priorities. 
  • Strong team leader, must have excellent project management skills as demonstrated through experience. 
  • Ability to travel up to 40% initially then with build/construction will go down to 10%.
  • Must have Valid US Passport to travel to and from Canada

Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred. 
  • Thorough knowledge of wide areas of P3 Business and business systems.
