What you will do:

Provides administrative support to the technical support team. Answers phones and responds to inquiries.

Troubleshoots more basic issues and follows protocol to escalate inquires and issues. Tests systems to ensure proper function and documents events thoroughly. Opens and closes service tickets as required to appropriately bill the customer.

What we look for:

Optional 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

4 Years suggested minimum experience.
