How you will do it
As a Manager Financial Governance EMEA you have strong analytical and communication skills. You will acting as a liaison between Power Solutions and our external and internal auditors, and increasing financial governance standardization and effectiveness globally. We would expect this candidate to have the ability to take a lead role in strategic projects and work process oriented to drive accountability and results. In addition, you are open minded and cross-cultural awareness belongs to your strengths. The role will be based in our Bratislava office, Slovakia.
 
 
What we look for
Required
  • University Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • Work experience of increasing responsibility working in public accounting and/or an American multi-national corporation in a Finance Management position
  • Good knowledge of Audits and business controlling
  • Experience in multiple project and people management
  • Work experience with US GAAP and SOX
  • Ability to demonstrate business acumen
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English

 

Preferred

  • Experience with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas (HFM, Oracle, iScala, Hyperion and SAP) is preferred

We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional competencies, qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions. Our compensation philosophy is to pay fairly, also considering market situation and the value employees may bring to company. The starting salary is 2200 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria. However, candidates with two plus years work experience will achieve higher earnings.
